At Nails R Us, we want you to love your manicure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that nail lacquers and gels are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
